Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During periods of high demand, product launches, promotional events, or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer than usual. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the email address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. Availability for certain remote locations may vary depending on courier coverage.
International shipping may become available in the future. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact our support team.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally as follows:

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, MulteTag may offer free shipping promotions. Eligibility and conditions for such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking number and courier details.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking information within three business days after placing your order, please contact our support team.
Delivery
All deliveries are handled by trusted third-party courier partners.
A delivery is considered complete once the shipment has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout and marked as delivered by the courier.
If no recipient is available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you directly. Delivery procedures vary depending on the courier partner.
Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, MulteTag cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to circumstances including but not limited to:

MulteTag shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and product.
If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date so that we can assist in initiating an investigation with the courier.
While we will make every reasonable effort to assist, MulteTag is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our Returns Policy.
